HVBM Vastgoed developed for Decathlon a new distribution center ed of approximately 45,000 m² at business area Kraaiven in Tilburg.

The DC is build in two phases. The first phase consists of two units with a total surface area of 32,068 m² of office, mezzanine and warehouse space. This section is delivered in mid 2020. The second phase of the DC comprises 13,275 m² of office and warehouse space and is realized and put into use December 2020.

The building is equipped with solar panels and is completely CO2 neutral.

The warehouse offers an expansion capacity for Hollister which is directly realised. Hereby HVBM Vastgoed meets the possible growth ambitions of Hollister in the future. In the intervening period, this high-quality warehouse will be rented to a third party.
