The building comprises over 40,000 square meters of logistic office and warehouse space and meets the BREEAM 'Excellent' standard.

It is expected that the building will be delivered in the second quarter of 2025.

This 'built to suit' development by HVBM Vastgoed for Smartwares Group consists of more than 45,000 m² of logistics office and business space and is realized on the former Charlotteoord site in Tilburg.

HVBM Vastgoed developed for Decathlon a new distribution center ed of approximately 45,000 m² at business area Kraaiven in Tilburg.

The DC is build in two phases. The first phase consists of two units with a total surface area of 32,068 m² of office, mezzanine and warehouse space. This section is delivered in mid 2020. The second phase of the DC comprises 13,275 m² of office and warehouse space and is realized and put into use December 2020.

The design of Quadrant4 takes into account the growth ambition of Moonen Packaging and provides for a future expansion with approximately 4,305 m² warehouse space.

The building is equipped with solar panels and is completely CO2 neutral.

The sustainable and gasless building is custom developed and realized according the highest standard in logistics real estate.

developed for Hollister Services B.V. a new warehouse on business area Borchwerf.

The warehouse offers an expansion capacity for Hollister which is directly realised. Hereby HVBM Vastgoed meets the possible growth ambitions of Hollister in the future. In the intervening period, this high-quality warehouse will be rented to a third party.
