As of 1 October 2019, Crane Worldwide Logistics B.V. will lease approximately 8,845 m² of warehouse space and 360 m² of office space in DC Kraaiven. This modern distribution centre is located on the Swaardvenstraat on business park Kraaiven in Tilburg.

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with 120 locations across 30 countries.

The warehouse space rented by Crane Worldwide Logistics is part of the DC Kraaiven building developed by HVBM Vastgoed, which consists of more than 24,000 m² of logistics warehouse space. Other tenants in the building are Tarkett and Iron Mountain. HVBM Vastgoed has plans to expand the distribution centre by approximately 7,000 m².

The lease has been concluded with an investment entity affiliated with HVBM Vastgoed.
