The highest point of the new business premises for Eriks Kunststoffen in Ede has been reached. This was celebrated yesterday in the presence of all parties involved.

The "built to suit" new-build development (BREEAM Very Good) concerns approx. 8,813 m² of industrial space, approx. 1,178 m² of mezzanine and approx. 1,620 m² of office space on a plot of more than 19,000 m². The plot size and design offer Eriks and HVBM the opportunity to expand the building in the future.

With the new construction, ERIKS creates opportunities for the Plastics division to further grow with this state of the art building.

Eriks and HVBM have concluded a lease agreement with each other for 15 years.

The new building will be delivered in May 2020.
