The distribution centre developed by HVBM Vastgoed for Termeer Group, consisting of 5,000 m² warehouse space and 150 m² office space, has been expanded with over 2,000 m² warehouse space due to the expansion of the Termeer Group.

The Tilburg-based family business Termeer Groep - founded in 1909 - is active in the fashion world with the shoe brands Sacha and Manfield and with the recently acquired fashion and lifestyle brand Sissy-Boy.

From the distribution center at Katsbogten business park in Tilburg, logistics are provided for both the stores and the web shops of Sacha and Manfield.
