Start building Beijer Ref Support Center

Construction starts!


The alderman responsible for Spatial Planning and Economic Affairs of the municipality Oirschot, Piet Machielsen, made the “first act” on 2 February: the symbolic start of construction!


On industrial area Westfields Oirschot, HVBM Vastgoed develops a building in which the Beijer Ref Support Center will be established. Here, 4 subsidiaries will accommodate their logistics and other back-office activities. Additionally ECR-Nederland BV will leave her familiar location in Nuenen and lay the foundation for  the new SCM Ref assembly facility with her experience.


Last period HVBM and ECR develop the property as a Build to Suit in a very pleasant cooperation.The new building will be foreseen of the so-called Triple Aqua system for climate control, developed by Uniechemie (one of the subsidiaries).The building consists of 9.450 m2 logistic space and 2.885 m2 office. The object is tailor-made and will be delivered 1 December 2017.  Beijer Ref and ECR-Nederland rent for a long term.
