Savills IM buys our core portfolio with 100,000 m2 of logistics real estate
Savills IM bought three distribution centres, two located at business area Hazeldonk Breda and one at the Columbusweg Venlo. With a total area of approximately 100,000 m², this is till now the largest logistics portfolio deal in 2016.
The three buildings are developed by HVBM Vastgoed. The objects in Breda are on a long-term lease to Zimmer Biomet and Lidl.
The third building is the recently completed new logistics centre in Venlo, of which the largest compartment is leased on a long-term to Biesheuvel Techniek. Approx. 1/3 of the property is leased to Janssen Distribution Services.
