HVBM Vastgoed is developing a new business premises for P&M Express.

All-round transport company P&M Express will celebrate its 30-year anniversary in mid-2020 in a brand-new company building on Zevenheuvelenweg in Tilburg on the Kraaiven business park.

P&M Express is a versatile logistics service provider specialized in international express transport, AdHoc courier rides and national and international road transport. More than 175 towing and towing units and 100 employees are on the road every day to bring goods to the right destination.

The new accommodation for P&M Express is being developed and realized by HVBM Vastgoed and consists of approximately 2,758 m² of office and industrial space and a secure truck parking area of approximately 12,000 m². Like the current building, the new business location will also be certified according to the current TAPA FSR-A standard.

P&M Express is currently located at Posthoornstraat, also on the Kraaiven business park in Tilburg. As soon as P&M Express has moved into the new business premises, the current location of P&M Express will be demolished and then made way for the realization of the second phase of the new Decathlon distribution center. HVBM Vastgoed recently started building the first phase of the new development for Decathlon on the adjacent plot.

HVBM Vastgoed thanks P&M Express, Decathlon Netherlands, the Municipality of Tilburg and all other involved parties for the cooperative cooperation, so that both Decathlon and P&M Express can move into a new development of HVBM Vastgoed in Tilburg in 2020.
