About DC Denver
The new 77,000 m² distribution center is being built on A1 Business Park West in Deventer and is being developed by HBC, a collaboration between HVBM Vastgoed and Bruil Bouw Groep.

Important function for region
“The vision of future-proof construction in combination with the retention of the important employer role that Coop fulfills with the current distribution center makes us happy that PLUS has chosen to build the new distribution center in Deventer.” said Alderman Thomas Walder.

High sustainability ambitions
PLUS is continuously working on sustainable solutions. The supermarket organization therefore strives to deliver a building that meets the BREEAM Excellent criteria. For example, energy will soon be generated with its own solar power installation, with the aim of filling the entire roof with thousands of solar panels. PLUS creates a pleasant and attractive working environment for employees, with lots of light and a pleasant climate.

The new distribution center is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
