New warehouse for one of the world’s leading innovators in the Life Sciences industry

HVBM Vastgoed concluded a long-term lease agreement for a new business space at the Fogostraat/Etnastraat in Amsterdam.  The lease agreement contains 8.000 m² of logistics space, 768 m²  mezzanine and 473 m² office (with the possibility of 6.000 m2 expansion). The courant object will be developed customized and will be completed 1 December 2016.

The new distribution centre will be occupied by  one of the world’s leading innovators in the Life Sciences industry.

The company is already located in Amsterdam. Before they outsourced the logistics process but now they going to provide this themselves. On top of the strong growth it also offers advantages to centralizing at the Fogostraat.HVBM proved to be the best partner for this Build to Suit challenge.

In close cooperation with the Dutch and American committed team of the client and the entire construction team is HVBM Vastgoed currently busy with the preparations.An intensive process will eventually lead to a beautiful thought-out plan that meets strict visual quality requirements on a good and decent business park.

The building is designed by architect Dedato from Amsterdam.
SADC intermediated for the municipal allocation policy for the ground. 
During the whole process NL real estate is the advisor of lessee.
