New distribution center for Moonen Packaging at business park De Kempen in Weert delivered

Friday 6 March the new warehouse with head office for Moonen Packaging at business park De Kempen in Weert is delivered.

The 'built to suit' new development concerns 1.761 m² of office space, 18.933 m² of warehouse space and 1.443 m² mezzanine on a plot of 39.290 m².

The design took into account the growth ambition of Moonen Packaging and and provides for a future expansion with approximately 4,305 m² warehouse space. The CO2 neutral building fits the sustainable mission and vision of Moonen Packaging.

The sustainable and gasless building is developed and realized by HVBM Vastgoed to the latest standard in logistics real estate and meets the BREEAM standard 'Excellent'.
