New business premises for Eriks Kunststoffen on business park BT A12 in Ede

Eriks has signed a long-term lease agreement with HVBM Vastgoed for a new business space to be built on the BT A12 business park in Ede.

The "built to suit" new-build development (BREEAM Very Good) concerns approx. 8,813 m² of industrial space, approx. 1,178 m² of mezzanine and approx. 1,620 m² of office space on a plot of more than 19,000 m². The plot size and design offer Eriks and HVBM the opportunity to expand the building in the future. With the new construction, ERIKS creates opportunities for the Plastics division to further grow with this state of the art building.

The BT A12 business park in Ede is a modern, sustainable business park in a central location in the Netherlands with a direct connection to the A12 and A30 motorways. The new building for Eriks will be realized by HVBM on the last available large lot that was issued by the Municipality of Ede on BT A12.

HVBM Vastgoed will deliver the property to Eriks in mid-2020.
