New business premises for Eriks Kunststoffen at the BTA12 business park in Ede completed

On Friday 15 May, the “built to suit” new-build development for ERIKS B.V. delivered to full satisfaction at the BTA12 business park in Ede. Eriks concentrates her old locations Ede, Almelo and Eindhoven together in this new development.

The commercial building consists of 8,803 m² production and warehouse space, 1,198 m² mezzanine and 1,621 m² office space on a plot of over 19,000 m². With this state of the art building, ERIKS creates opportunities for the Plastics division to achieve further growth.

The building was developed by HVBM Vastgoed and meets the BREEAM standard "Very Good". Thanks to intensive cooperation between HVBM Vastgoed and ERIKS, the high-quality production building was realized turnkey within one year, as a result of which ERIKS will be operational from the new location from the end of May.
