Jeroen van Gemerden strengthens the HVBM Vastgoed team

Jeroen van Gemerden recently joined HVBM Vastgoed as a project manager. Given the growth of HVBM Vastgoed and the large amount of work as well as to be able to serve the relationships even better, this is a welcome addition to the HVBM team.

After studying Architecture and Construction Engineering at Avans University in Den Bosch, Jeroen started at Thinking Steel International / Willemse steel structures, where he was able to contribute as a junior project manager to various utility projects in Central & South America.

After having worked as a junior project manager at Roma Insulation Systems, he started as a real estate project manager at Built to Build Real Estate, where he mainly developed technical management and renovation of existing real estate.

From June 2019 he has been employed by HVBM Vastgoed as a Project Manager and is responsible for various projects. His motive is to jointly arrive at a beautiful and good end product. A good relationship between client and contractor is in his opinion the basis of a success.
