Intervest buys business premises Fri-Jado from HVBM Vastgoed

Intervest has taken over the new business premises of Fri-Jado on business park Borchwerf II in Roosendaal for € 16.9 million from developer HVBM Vastgoed.

On 7 November 2018, the Belgian investor Intervest Offices & Warehouses signed the turnkey purchase agreement for the acquisition of this new-build project. HVBM delivered the building to Intervest on 1 March 2019.

Fri-Jado was itself closely involved in the development, so that even during the construction phase the specific set-up package for the production and warehouse was realized in the same construction time ”.
