The flag in top! The highest point of the new logistics centre for Moonen Packaging has been reached. This was celebrated this afternoon in the presence of all parties involved.

The "built to suit" new development concerns 1,761 m² of office space, 18,933 m² of warehouse space and 1,443 m² of mezzanine on a plot of 39,290 m².

The design of Quadrant4 takes into account Moonen Packaging's growth ambition and provides for a future expansion with approximately 4,305 m² of warehouse space.

The sustainable and gasless building is developed and realized by HVBM Vastgoed according to the latest standard in logistics real estate with ambition level BREEAM standard "Excellent".

Moonen and HVBM have concluded a lease agreement with each other for 10 years.

The object will be taken into use by Moonen Packaging in mid-2020.
