HVBM Vastgoed develops new housing for Fri-Jado at the Borchwerf business park

Fri-Jado B.V. has signed a long-term lease with HVBM Vastgoed B.V. for a new development at business park Borchwerf in Roosendaal.The lease concerns 15.186 m² of logistics space with production and assembly space, 558 m² mezzanine and 2.090 m² office / showroom.The current object is custom-built and delivered in early 2019.

Fri-Jado has been enriching food retail environments since 1937 with the ultimate fresh experience. The Dutch company produces professional grill equipment and food counters for the presentation of hot and chilled foods.

The products of Fri-Jado are delivered to the supermarket, catering and catering sector in more than 70 countries. Approximately 150 employees will develop and produce the equipment in Roosendaal. The company also has its own business locations in the United Kingdom and the United States.

The construction has started and HVBM Vastgoed is currently busy with the fit-out package, of course in close cooperation with Fri-Jado and the construction team. An intensive process will ultimately result in a well thought-out plan that meets strict visual quality requirements realized at the Borchwerf logistics hotspot.
