HVBM Vastgoed acquires large-scale infill location in Tilburg for new logistics development

HVBM Vastgoed has concluded a purchase agreement with the Municipality of Tilburg for the acquisition of the former Charlotteoord care complex in Tilburg. This infill location is located on the Kraaiven business park and, with an area of over 6.5 hectares, one of the last directly available development locations in no. 1 logistics hotspot Tilburg.

HVBM Vastgoed has plans to realize a "built to suit" logistics building on the plot with an area of more than 45,000 m². More information about the project can be consulted on the website: www.dc-charlotte.nl

Business park Kraaiven - a mixed business park on the north side of Tilburg – is transformed successfully in recent years through the redevelopment of a number of outdated factory locations into new, high-quality logistics buildings. Examples are the new warehouses for De Bijenkorf and Decathlon, both developed by HVBM Vastgoed.

HVBM Vastgoed has engaged JLL for the rental of the project.
