Logistics service provider Gefco Benelux has signed a lease agreement with Dennenheuvel Vastgoed for the lease of approximately 7,175 m² office- and business space on the Van Harenstraat 3 in Waalwijk.
The warehouse is located at the industrial area “Haven Zeven” and is a development of HVBM Vastgoed.
Gefco Benelux enters the building on February 1, 2017 into use and from Waalwijk she will handle the distribution of spare parts for one of her customers in the automotive sector.

The lease agreement with Dennenheuvel Vastgoed (the to HVBM affiliated investment entity) is closed for a period of six years at a competitive price.
