Fabory Nederland rents 8,500 m² warehouse space in DC Kraaiven, Tilburg

From 1 October 2017, Fabory Nederland will rent approximately 8,500 m² of warehouse space in DC Kraaiven for a period of two years. This modern distribution center is located on the Zevenheuvelenweg on the Kraaiven business park in Tilburg.


Fabory is an international trading company and supplier of fixing solutions, tools, industrial and safety products. The European Headquarters and Fabory Central Warehouse are also located at the Kraaiven business park in Tilburg.


The leased warehouse is part of the DC Kraaiven distribution center developed by HVBM Vastgoed, consisting of more than 24,000 m² of high-quality business space.Other tenants in the building are Chr. Vermeer Logistics and Iron Mountain.


HVBM Vastgoed has the opportunity to expand the building with approximately 8,000 m² of warehouse space.
