DC Halderberge VOF leases distribution centre to CEVA Logistics

CEVA Logistics has signed a long-term lease with DC Halderberge V.O.F. (development combine HVBM Vastgoed/Wouda Invest) for the distribution center located at Het Appeltje 1 in Oud Gastel, effective 1 January 2019.

At the logistics business area Borchwerf II HVBM Vastgoed developed a a high-quality and sustainable logistics distribution centre. The building is BREEAM Very Good certified.

Business park Borchwerf II is located directly on the A17 and A58 and has a direct connection to international transport flows via the mainports Antwerp, Rotterdam and via the port of Moerdijk.

The leaseagreement concerns approx. 10,950 m2 of warehouse, approx. 1,205 m2 of mezzanine and approx. 127 m2 of office space. With the conclusion of this lease with CEVA Logistics, the entire distribution center, which comprises a total of approximately 45,000 m2 of warehouse, is let for a long-term basis.
