DC Decathlon Tilburg now fully completed (46,500 m2)

Today, the second phase of the new logistics center for Decathlon Nederland at De Kroonstraat 1 on business park Kraaiven in Tilburg, consisting of approx. 13,500 m2 of business space, was completed.
Earlier this year, the first phase with an area of approximately 33,000 m² of office, mezzanine and warehouse space was completed.

The distribution center will be used by Decathlon to supply the Dutch stores and for its e-commerce activities. The number of shops and sales on the Dutch market has grown rapidly in the recent years.

The sustainable and energy-neutral building is a development of HVBM Vastgoed and is realized according to BREEAM qualification "Excellent".
