Breeam outstanding and PV installation for DC Ingram Micro/De Bijenkorf

The new DC for Ingram Micro/De Bijenkorf in Tilburg has obtained a design certificate for Breeam Outstanding ***** with a score of 85.36%.

HVBM Vastgoed is developing this sustainable distribution centre for De Bijenkorf and her logistics provider Ingram Micro.

This DC, with a floor area of approx. 40,000 m2 commercial space,  approx. 50,000 m2 mezzanine and approx.. 3,150 m2 office, will be operable mid-May 2019.

The DC is equipped with extensive sustainable technical applications. It’s totally gas-free, equipped with a TES system with heat pumps without harmful refrigerants.  The lighting is entirely in Led and equipped with an energy-saving control system. In addition, the entire roof will be provided with a 2.9 MW supplying PV plant.
