A new building for Alex Andersen at Business park Green Park Aalsmeer 

HVBM Vastgoed and Alex Andersen recently concluded an agreement for realising a new building at business park Green Park Aalsmeer. The "built to suit" new-build development for Alex Andersen consists of approximately 12,500 m² of offices and logistics space.

Business Park Green Park Aalsmeer is a modern, sustainable business park and is ideally located between Schiphol, Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer (flower auction) and the N201.

The Danish transport company Alex Andersen has been active in the Netherlands since 2006. The new location at Business Park Greenpark in Aalsmeer contributes to the further growth of Alex Andersen's activities, which mainly consist of daily conditioned transport of flowers and plants from the Benelux to Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia.

Construction has recently started so that the building will be delivered to Alex Andersen in early 2022.
