To measure the sustainability of a project, the tool BREEAM-NL is used, a comprehensive sustainability label. The wishes of the lessee are translated by the architect into a design. Depending on the level of ambition a certificate can be achieved with a qualification score of 1 to 5 stars (Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding).

CSR stands for corporate social responsibility and is an integral vision of a sustainable business.

With every business decision within HVBM Vastgoed we consider the various social and economic effects taking into account the stakeholder interests. This could be employees or customers, but also local residents, suppliers, investors and the 'society' in general.
